Henry Cejudo (8-0) kommer senast ifrån en vinst över Chris Cariaso (17-7) och kan få en titelchans med ett par vinster till, men flugviktsmästaren Demetrious Johnson (21-2-1-0) ser en del hål i Cejudos game.
Johnson kan tänka sig en match mot Cejudo inom en snar framtid.
“He looked very good against Chris Cariaso, but I see a couple holes in Henry Cejudo’s game,” sa Johnson. “It was his first fight at flyweight. The man’s missed weight multiple times, so kudos to him for making weight for the very first time. Absolutely, he’s somebody I could stand across the octagon from.”
“There are many different roads to the flyweight title,” sa Johnson. “Will he take the bigger, shark road? Take out Joseph Benavidez or John Dodson? Probably not, but it’s very possible.”
Johnson kommer ta sig an Kyoji Horiguchi (15-1) på UFC 186 och pratade om att Horiguchi använder sin reach väldigt bra. Därför känner Johnson att han måste jobba på sin clinch för att komma in och få ner sin motståndare.
“Kyoji Horiguchi is a rangy fighter; he uses a lot of space between him and his opponents, and he covers distance great,” sa Johnson. “The biggest thing I need to work on in my game is the clinch so I can go in there, get him down, and try to submit him or get the knockout.”
