Bara tre veckor efter att Julie Kedzie beslutat att lägga handskarna på hyllan har hon fått nytt jobb som matchmaker för Invicta FC.
Efter att ha förlorat via delat domslut på UFC Fight Night 33 berättade Julie Kedzie (16-13) att hon beslutat att lägga handskarna på hyllan. Vid 32 års ålder, efter nio år som professionell fighter och med fyra raka förluster i ryggen var beslutet inte överraskande.
Kedzie har sedan starten av Invicta FC arbetat som kommentator åt MMA-organisationen. Som nybilven MMA-pensionär har hon nu även fått uppdraget som matchmäklare för organisationen som enbart arrangerar matcher för kvinnor.

Kedzie förmedlar att hon är exalterad över möjligheten som rollen innebär och skriver följande i ett pressmeddelande.

Invicta höll sin sista gala för året den 7 december med Invicta FC 7: Honchak vs Smith. Organisationen har ännu inte annonserat när de kommer hålla nästa gala.
