Teorierna kring om Ronda Rousey (11-0) skulle vinna över män i MMA har fått många att göra sina åsikter hörda kring ämnet och nu har även Mark Munoz (13-6) pratat om vad han tycker.
Munoz hyllar Rousey teknik, men menar att det är helt annorlunda att möta män.
”Someone in the UFC said that Ronda can beat 50% of the men, but it’s totally different man,” förklarade Munoz ”It’s totally different. It’s hard to say, and you can speculate all you want. She can definitely compete, but I don’t know if it’s true.”
”She is truly unbelievable though. She’s great and she’s an amazing person,” sa han.
Munoz tror att Rousey kan möta sig med männen teknikmässigt i en grapplingmatch.
”She can definitely match them technique per technique (in grappling),” Munoz said about Rousey’s chances. ”I definitely believe she can compete with them, but it’s too hard to speculate if she can actually beat (most of the men) in MMA.”
Munoz menade också att det är väldigt bra för Rousey att träna med män.
”It’s going to be good for her to train with guys because no women will be able to match their strengths.”
