Carlos Condit (30-8) kommer ifrån en TKO-vinst över Thiago Alves (21-10) och har nu siktet inställt på vinnaren av Rory MacDonald (18-2) och Robbie Lawler (25-10).
Det är ingen tvekan om vem Condit vill möta härnäst.
“I want whoever has the title in a couple of months,”
Condit förklarar att han visste att han hade skadat Alves med sina armbågar.
“I didn’t exactly know what happened, but I felt it on my elbow, and I knew he was hurt,” sa Condit. “I hurt him with the first rising elbow and then with the spinning back elbow. I could just feel the fight drain out of him after I hit him that first time.”
För Condit spelar det ingen roll om Lawler eller MacDonald vinner.
“Whether it’s Rory or Robbie, I owant that guy,” sa han.
