Joe Lauzon (25-10) kommer ta sig an Evan Dunham (16-6) på TUF 22-finalen och nu pratar Lauzon om sina framtidsplaner efter att han har pensionerat sig.
Lauzon skulle gärna vilja fortsätta jobba med UFC efter att han pensionerat sig.
“I would love to do something for the UFC were I’m working with the fighters,” berättade Lauzon.
Lauzon förklarar att han känner att han är bra med sociala medier, men Lauzon är inte riktigt säker på vad det är han vill göra.
“I think I’m pretty good on social media,” sa Lauzon. “Maybe (I) could just help them out with content. Something like that, I would love to do. Something I can do from home. I don’t mind traveling to some shows, but I can’t move to (Las) Vegas, because my kid’s hospitals are all here.
“I want to do something after, but I’m not sure what. I think I have a pretty good list of things that I’m good at. I’ll find something. I’m not worried about it.”
Lauzon trodde inte att hans MMA-karriär skulle vara särskilt lång. Lauzon kommer att fortsätta gå matcher så länge han är frisk och skadefri.
“Back in 2006, when I fought Pulver, I thought that was going to be one and done,” Lauzon said. “Maybe two or three if I stretched it. I didn’t know how it was all going to shake out. And here we are in 2015; I’ve had like 19 fights. Do I think I’m going to fight 10 more times? I don’t know. Maybe eight, maybe 10, maybe 12. I think it all comes down to staying healthy and avoiding injuries.”
