Michael Bisping (25-7) tar sig an C.B Dollaway (15-6) på helgens UFC-gala och nyligen pratade han både om Chris Weidman (12-0) och om vem som skulle vinna en potentiell match mellan Weidman och Luke Rockhold (14-2).
Bisping är inte helt såld på Weidman och tycker att mästerskapet har gjort Weidman självbelåten.
“I’m not convinced on Weidman yet” sa Bisping. “I’m sorry. I’m still not convinced. No offense.”
“I know he’s getting a little smug up there the longer he’s the champion. It’s starting to go to his head a little bit.”
Bisping tror att Rockhold skulle vinna över Weidman om den matchen kommer ske.
“I’d probably favor Luke in that fight,” sa Bisping.
Bisping tror att Dollaway kommer att hitta en väg ut ur matchen och att Bisping kommer avgöra matchen via slag. Bisping är säker på att han kan vinna över fighters som är rankade topp-10.
“He’s going to crumble,” Bisping said. “He’s going to let me win this fight because he’s going to look for a way out. He’s going to allow me to land the shot that puts him down.”
“As of right now, it’s about me winning and beating top-10 guys and proving to the world that I still have what it takes,” sa Bisping. “I believe I have what it takes. I know I have what it takes.”
Bisping hoppas på att få en rematch med Rockhold och Bisping ser sig själv som mästarw nästa år.
“Luke Rockhold is going to beat Weidman later in the year. I’ll beat someone in summer, and then I’ll get my rematch with Rockhold. He head-butted me in that fight, and then this time next year, I’ll be the champion. There you go.”
