”What can you do? Life goes on. Very surprised when I heard it. Are you ever surprised with anything the UFC does these days? Not really! But really, they do the strangest things, wether it’s for the good or for the bad, you take everything with a pinch of salt with the UFC, that’s the way I look at it.”
”Saturday morning. I was away for the weekend with my girlfriend, she booked it for my birthday and my manager phone called me on saturday morning whilst I was away for the weekend. I couldn’t believe it, I felt like wringing his neck.”
”Obviously I’m fucking devastated, you know.”
”I’m just glad that I got to fulfill the dreams I had and I can take those memories with me and no one can take them away.”
”That’s one of the things I’ve been speaking to my manager about you know like, as I’ve said it before, I’ve been fighting for all my life and at some point you’ve got to let it go.
I’m fucking loosing my mind over this. I’m 33, it’s not like I’m 23, I’m getting married next year, going to have kids. Can’t do it forever.”
